What God Said about EGO

I always love reading heaven letters, some are funny and some are just straight to the point but one thing i know is i always pick an important message from them and learn a thing or two which at the moment is all i can ask for.... read with an open mind and you will find a learning some where in the below message... 

God said:

One thing you can be absolutely sure of is that I do not have an ego to consult. It is laughable that I would have an ego. To have an ego, there would have to be something I feel I have to justify. I would have to think I have something to defend. The very idea has Me rolling in the aisles.

Human beings have egos, for they listen to a false prophet. Ego at your side perks up its ears when he feels threatened and, therefore, feels he must stand up for himself parading as you. Ego is ever-ready on the alert, just in case. Ego has nothing to do but look out for offense. From smallness of vision, ego finds offense lurking around every corner. Ego’s attention is on smallness. Ego lacks a grand vision.

Hmm, is ego the opposite of God? Is ego the Mighty Mouse oppressor taking the role of defender? Is this ego? Ego, the fault-finder. Ego, the hair-splitter. Ego, the raging ox. Ego, the pincher of hearts. Ego, the thin-skinned. Ego, on the look-out. Ego, the censor. Ego, the critic. Ego who cannot be pleased because never enough deference is given to him. Ego, the inflamed. Ego, the heartache and belly-acher. Ego, the robot, who stands with sword in hand, ready to swipe at anyone who doesn’t give due deference. Ego, the warrior. Ego, the thick-headed. Ego, who constantly jockeys for position. Ego, the nit-picker.

What, on Earth or in Heaven, would I ever be doing with ego? Then I would not be God. I would be more like a crybaby. I would not reign. I would bounce off of everyone, and I would avoid darts. I would become a keeper of scores. I would be the farthest thing from a God. If I reduced Myself to ego, I would resign.

Ego has some dominion in the world. None in Heaven. Ego has no entrance to Heaven. Ego would fear to enter. He knows he would dissolve here in Heaven. He knows there is no place for him. In Heaven, he couldn’t lift his head. Ego is so small, he wouldn’t even be seen in Heaven. Ego would wither on the vine if he were not seen. Ego depends for his livelihood on being noticed. Ego would perish if he were not a star. Ego is so puffed up with his own importance. If ego had any importance, he wouldn’t need to be puffed up

As it is on Earth, ego says to you with great aplomb: “See me. See me. I am your savior. Never mind God. He’s off somewhere smoking a peace pipe while I stand up for you. I fight off all the darts and arrows that are thrown at you. I cover for you. I protect your honor. I don’t let anyone get away with anything. I am quick to act on your behalf.”

Ego is such a con-artist. He sure has you fooled. You think ego is necessary. All the while, ego is a fraud. He incites. He starts fires. He starts conflagrations. He sets off bombs.

Now, you might say: “God, if ego is so nothing, why are You belaboring his non-existence? Why are You alerting us to the shabbiness of ego? Why do You talk about ego as if he were an arch-enemy? Why don’t You just ignore him? That’s what You want us to do, isn’t it? Why don’t You just huff and puff and blow him away?”

Beloved wrangler, ego does not exist! He is a false-front. I would, however, stand on My head to get you beyond ego. Ego is yours. He is your made-up cartoon character. Yes, I rail against ego. I try to open your eyes to ego so he can disappear from the face of Earth. Ant-bites hurt. They are so tiny, and yet they hurt. Ego is small, yet ego gets in your way in a big way.

Ego that doesn’t exist gets in your way, beloveds. And you are the ones who must leave ego behind. So long as you feel ego exists and exists rightfully, he is quick to incite you to battle. When you step over ego and beyond the strife he exercises in you, then you will know what freedom and peace are, and then you will live them instead of the pin-pricks of little non-existent ego.

Ego, be gone.

Unifying Diversity

We all cant be the same, just think about it if we were all the same colour ,the same race, the same language , the same sex, if we all had the same believes and if we all think the same...hmmmm ...what a boring life that will be! so beautiful and wonderful nature decided to bring some spice into our life and who we are by making us all different and fitting us all into this amazing grace of earth.  So why do we challenge that? why cant we learn from our diversity, enjoy knowing the different type of beings , animals ,plants....... why cant we enjoy the little time we have here to learn and grow.....what is wrong with not being the same!

What an incredible diversity of life forms exists in this world. Every part of the planet is different. Even within one area, the array of different species, colors, habitats, and life forms is simply stunning. What incredible intelligence was required to create something so magnificent? What is truly amazing when you look at nature is the intricate synergy that exists, with each life form working within the overall flow of creation to make the entire planet sustainable in so many minute yet essential ways.

Why don’t human beings operate in this same way? Why don’t we honor and cherish diversity, even within our own race? Why don’t we try to learn from those who think and believe differently than we do rather than expect or even demand that others think like us? Why don’t we honor all of nature and do our part to preserve the delicate balance that makes life in all forms sustainable instead of trying to dominate the natural world for our own selfish desires? Why don’t we learn from nature that cooperation for mutual benefit is better than competition, greed and selfishness?

There is a certain ego-centeredness in being timid as though you are more modest than almost everyone else in the world, as if timid becomes a benefit of some kind. Come forth from your clam shell. Who are you not to share? Who are you to belong to a higher secret sorority or fraternity that whispers and stays covered? It is unfriendly of you to back away. In one sense, you are saying: “World, it is for you to come to me. You have to go out of your way to come to me. I am a rare treat, and I have to be your discovery. Let’s see if the world can find me as I hide under a mushroom. I am a shrinking violet or a queenly rose. I do not intend to imply that I am too good for ordinary mortals. This is just how I am. Unless you ask me to dance, I will continue being a wallflower.” This is not a banner life, this, to be swathed in exclusivity, beloveds. If you have something to offer the world, give it. Come down from your sequestered aerie and enter the human race. You have all the rights and privileges of all My children. You know about Oneness. You are a Divine Mortal, and so is everyone else. Even if you may be thinking that everyone else is better than you, wiser than you, more beautiful than you, you are doing a disservice to be reticent. Fly under your own colors, beloved. I created you. You may be sure I did not create you to be self-effacing. If you are to represent Me, represent Me. I am not asking you to be a great hand-shaker. I am asking you to be vulnerable. If it is vulnerable to express yourself and be shot down, express yourself. If someone asks you what you think of something, go ahead and say what you think. You are not to choose to be upstaged, dear ones. You are not fighting for attention. You are not taking over. You are letting yourself be seen. As you acquaint the world at large with your presence, you are leading a parade that will come out of all their self-enforced limits. Revealing yourself can be done. There is no virtue in hiding yourself, not from the world, nor from your individual self. When you came to Earth, you did not come with an edict to be reticent, to hold back, to be a shy visitor to Earth. Certainly, there is value in Silence. There is also virtue in speaking up. Perhaps you are protecting yourself. If you do not express yourself, no one can declaim against what you say. When you do not express yourself in the first place, no one can tell you to be quiet. How safe it is to sequester yourself? I suggest you reveal yourself. You can be modest and still shine. No one is asking you to be immodest. Let your picture be taken. Strew yourself across the Universe. I ask you to be My Messenger of Love. Yes, of course, you can send love silently. What would happen if you did more than minimum? What would be wrong with medium or even maximum? I have to ask you what you are waiting for. I have asked you to stay out of the past. I have never asked you to stay out of the present. I never asked you to be a bump on a log. I have never asked you to be retiring.  When have I not asked you to shine My light so that all the world may see? Freedom!

upon the hill so far and away
i float on a balance of freedom
green trickles of leaves spread across the brown earth
making a bed of delight for my wonder light shadow
down pour of water as rain to clear my path
to thoughts so peaceful for earth mother and i have come to unit mind body and soul
take a walk upon the sweet challenge and glow of love and wonder
breath in the smell of peacefulness upon the crown in my head as they lay me down.

Days of darkness

I ache within
filled with certainty that life cant be meant to be like this..
people dying everyday, people killing everyday.....
no value for the lovely earth that was giving to us as custodians
no gratitude for the freedom to think and behave
no gratitude for the free breath we take everyday second....
we treat each other with no love or care
we are filled with bitterness and sorrows
we have shun the light out of our hearts and our soul
we have closed down our consciousness and unconsciousness
we have become the zombies we laugh at and run away from
with our eyes wide open.......
I ache within
deeper and deeper we fall
louder and louder we cry
more distance seem the light and fairer for darkness seem to rule...
the more I ache within and the more I ache
life cant be meant this way....cant be alive but not leaving for in dead live flows away but in live lives life....
